For Employers: We provide a platform for posting remote job opportunities that meet our criteria. All job listings are manually reviewed before publication.

3. Job Listings

3.1 Posting Requirements

All job listings must:

  • Offer a minimum salary of $100,000 USD or equivalent

  • Be a genuine remote position

  • Contain accurate and complete information

  • Comply with all applicable laws

  • Not contain discriminatory, offensive, or misleading content

3.2 Review Process

All job listings undergo manual review before publication. We reserve the right to reject any listing that:

  • Does not meet our criteria

  • Contains inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate content

  • Violates our Terms or applicable laws

  • Is posted by an employer with a history of poor business practices

3.3 Listing Duration

Job listings remain active on our Website for 30 days from the date of approval, unless removed earlier by the employer or by us.

Employers pay a fee to post job listings. Current pricing is available on our Website. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, with changes applying to future listings only.

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Stripe via CheckoutPage. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and CheckoutPage's terms of service.

4.3 Refund Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. In exceptional circumstances, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Intellectual Property

As we do not provide user accounts, employers who wish to edit or remove their job listings or company profiles may do so by contacting us at support@remote100k.com with the following information:

  • Job listing ID or company profile name

  • Verification details to confirm you are the content owner

  • Specific changes requested or confirmation of removal request

7.2 Response Time

We will process content edit or removal requests within 2 business days of receiving proper verification.

7.3 Content Removal by Remote100K

We reserve the right to edit or remove any content at our discretion, particularly if it violates our Terms of Use, contains inaccurate information, or receives complaints from users. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the content owner when such actions are taken.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
